Location

The site the client chose for the dream home for themselves and their loved ones is a picturesque hill, densely covered with fragrant pine and spruce forest.

At its foot lies a sunny glade with a view of a private pond and of the Bydgoszcz city centre, blending smoothly into the horizon. More than 7,400 m² of land provides privacy, quiet and close contact with nature.

The plot faces south, which makes it ideal for drawing joy and energy from the sun on both summer and winter days.

The topography means that the spot chosen for the house is an exceptional, secluded and sunny point on the map of Bydgoszcz.
