Privacy policy

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is HUS Sp. z o.o., Dalanowska 46/34, 03-566 Warsaw, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 5242897232, KRS 0000825214 (HUS, we). For any questions about your personal data, write to us at architektura@hejhus.pl.

What data we collect and why

  • Consultation booking (Cal.com calendar): name, email, topic and description, plot number and location, link to your materials, chosen date and meeting format. Purpose: booking and holding the consultation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Consultation materials form: name, email, consultation date, plot number and location, message and uploaded files (plans, photos, inspirations). Purpose: preparing for the consultation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), based on the consent you give in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Payments (Stripe): card or account details are processed directly by Stripe. We receive information about the payment, the amount and your email address. Purpose: settling the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Contact (email, phone, chat): the data you share with us. Purpose: replying to your message and further correspondence (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who we share data with

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

  • OVH: website and email hosting,
  • Cal.com: booking system,
  • Stripe: payments,
  • Google: calendar, Google Meet, Gmail, Google Drive (website backups) and Google Fonts.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the USA. This is based on a European Commission decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

  • data and materials sent before a consultation: for as long as needed for the consultation and then up to 12 months, unless we start working together,
  • billing data: for the period required by tax law (5 years from the end of the tax year),
  • correspondence: up to 2 years from the last contact.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it and object to its processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). Providing data is voluntary, but without it you cannot book a consultation or send us materials.

Cookies and third-party services

This website uses cookies necessary for it to work, for example to remember your chosen language. The booking calendar (Cal.com), payments (Stripe), Google Fonts and the chat widget may connect to their providers’ servers and set their own cookies. We do not use analytics or advertising tools. You can change your cookie settings in your browser.
